Benchmark Definitions

Fiscal Year

Dairy Benchmarks may be computed for the years 1995-2008

Confidence Level

Benchmarks are computer based on a confidence level rating ranging from 0-100

Primary Enterprise

Choose your primary enterprise from drop down list (default is Dairy)

Report Basis

Reports generated by: Whole Farm, per Non-Product Unit (acre or head), per Product Unit, % Revenue, First Three Basis for One Year, per Unit Sold. [NOTE: AgFA calculates the cost of milk production using CWT EQ and the standard concept of CWT).

Report On

All data in database, your organization's or your own data (For sorts on an organization or personal data, you must have an account with the CDP)

Comparison Data Set

If you choose your dataset, you will need to log on and choose the dataset you which to compare data to.

Specific States and Counties

Choose specific states and/or counties you wish to have reports on. Default is to generate for all data.

Reports

There are nine reports to choose from: Farm Earnings, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Financial Measures, Labor Analysis, Cost of Production, Enterprise Analysis, Detailed Accrual Earnings and Summary Statistics.

Additional Criteria on Production, Financial and Technology may also be selected before running report.

NOTE: you must have at least 6 Farms in set to receive report.
